CLIMATE CONTROL
Climate control is suitable for those items that may be sensitive to temperature
extremes, whether they are personal belongings, papers, photographs, valuable furniture, important business related
products or pharmaceuticals. Climate control units are available at all of our STOR/GARD® facilities.
GARAGE TYPE
Garage Type units are simply units that you can drive right up to, open the roll up
door and move your belongings into. The Garage Type Storage unit at all of our Stor/Gard® facilities have been made in a way
that none of the outside elements can ever enter the unit.
INSIDE HEATED
Inside Heated units at all of our Stor/Gard® facilities basically means that the
units are in the interior of the building, and the area is heated. You will enter the building and use one of our many
cargo carts, or hand trucks.
LOCKER UNITS
Locker Units at Stor/Gard® Malden are perfect size units for students keeping their
dorm/apartment items in while going home for the summer. Locker Units could also be useful for someone who doesn’t have a lot of
items to store, but wants to keep their property safe and sound.
